The foam lasts much longer than egg white alone and the powder is flavourless, adding zero extra flavours to your drinks. In many ways, this cocktail foaming powder is superior to fresh egg whites.

Usage: Add between 0.5g and 1g to your recipes to replace an egg white.

The 30g pot can be used to replace the egg white in up to 60 cocktails.
