Edible Paint for Cocktail Glasses

Made popular by Bombay Sapphire's "Stir Creativity" campaign, we bring you a range of un-flavoured edible paints that can be used to garnish cocktail glasses.

The "paint" comes in either a re-sealable container and is applied with a pastry brush or paint brush (sold separately) to the inside of the cocktail glass.

For optimal results: Apply the paint with a pastry brush to the inside of a room-temperature glass and then put the glass in the freezer to chill.

Freezing the glass is not required, but a longer-lasting effect can be achieved and it enables you to prep several glasses in advance for quicker service.

Ingredients: Glucose, Aqua, Sucrose, Arabic Gum, Xanthan Gum, Colourings.
